Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

1. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, or treats cannot be returned or refunded.
4. To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

1. Strictly no refunds for all consumable and perishable items such as fresh food, pet cakes, canned food, opened treats packaging due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
2. We only replace items (not perishable items) if they are found defective or damaged. We will inspect the item to ensure if it is damaged or not functioning, exchanges will only be done on case by case basis, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request.

Shipping returns

1. Should you want to return your product, please refer to Refund/Returns/Exchanges section above or contact us at hello@lunavaepets.com or
   WhatsApp to +65 8809 0271, we are glad to assist you.
2. In the event that we agree to perform the product return, please bring the product and the original receipt within 7 days of purchase with you to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own transport costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
