- Exchanges or returns are accepted for eligible items within the stated return period.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, opened pet treats and fresh food sold are strictly not eligible for return.
- To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer support with your order number.
- Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are processed for shipping.
- Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

- Standard Delivery: Delivered within the estimated timeframe stated at checkout.
- Self-Collection: Details and collection instructions will be provided after order confirmation.
- Delivery options and fees will be shown at checkout before payment.
- We accept major credit and debit cards on our website (VISA, MasterCard, Amex, etc.)
- Selected digital payment options are available at checkout.

- Full payment must be completed before orders are processed and shipped.
- Currently Paynow QR method is not supported on the website, however you can use PayNow QR if your are at our physical shop
